Part-Time Academic (CUPE Instructors for Nursing) - Fall 2026
Job Description
The School of Nursing is now accepting applications for multiple CUPE Instructor positions (SIM/Lab Instructors, Tutorial Leads, Clinical Instructors) for the fall term of 2026 (September 8 – December 4, 2026).
Job Summary & Key Responsibilities
Instructors are responsible for teaching and supervising BScN students who provide direct client care in clinical settings, work in a clinical skills and simulation lab or tutorial group environment. Tasks include lab demonstrations, marking and proctoring term tests and final examinations, and evaluating assignments.
Access to a computer with working internet for Microsoft Teams is required. Clinical Instructors report to the instructor of record for their course and work under CUPE Collective Agreement 3912 – Dalhousie University. .
