Step into a dynamic role with the Parks District as a Customer Service Admin in Grande Prairie and Saskatoon Island Provincial Park this summer. This position merges front-line service with essential administrative functions.
The Administrative Support 3 (AS3) position at the Ministry of Forestry and Parks focuses on managing revenues, assisting customers, and supporting team operations. You'll oversee the POS system and provide customer service support while ensuring smooth daily operations. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with accounting processes will ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the POS system and cash floats
• Review district camping and retail sales revenue
• Enter data into AspiraOne and spreadsheets
• Support seasonal staff with revenue reconciliation
• Assist in campground store operations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma and one year in customer service
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic accounting
