Paralegal REMOTO Location: Remote: Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Perú Shift days, hours and time zone: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST English required: C1 Level of study required: Lawyer (Mandatory) Responsibilities Prepare demand packages including liability analysis, damages summaries, and supporting documentation. Manage discovery processes : draft/respond to requests and organize sessions. Track case-related tasks ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Communicate professionally via email with clients, creditors, opposing counsel, and attorneys. Request documentation and submit materials to trustees or third parties. Review financial records including billing statements and supporting documentation. Organize medical records and billing documentation from providers. Upload and manage documents on trustee platforms, maintaining accurate dockets. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements.
