We are seeking a diligent and organised Paralegal to join our Hong Kong Public Companies Practice. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our legal team, assisting with a variety of tasks related to public companies in Hong Kong. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic legal environment.
Assist lawyers in preparing, proofreading, amending, and reviewing legal documents, including prospectuses, annual reports, and regulatory filings.
Conduct legal research and compile data on relevant laws and regulations.
