Paper Mill Manager (14- month)

Reporting to the Mill Operations Manager, the Paper Mill Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of paper production within the mill. As a visionary leader, you will leverage your expertise in operations, finance, and safety management to drive efficiency, maintain high-quality standards, and implement effective cost‑control measures. Collaborating closely with department managers and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure seamless coordination, foster continuous improvement, and align operational strategies with company goals. This is a 14‑month contract with possibility of extension based on business needs.
