Pan-European Compliance Lead
Job Description
As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services.
Role Purpose
The Pan-European Compliance Lead plays a pan-European role in managing workplace conduct and employee relations compliance matters across the region (BYD European Auto Sales Division).
While the position is located in Hungary, its scope covers multiple European markets, supporting both Western Europe and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). The role combines hands-on case management with the progressive development of consistent, scalable compliance frameworks across Europe.
