Elevate palliative care with Brightshores Health System in Grey and Bruce Counties as a permanent Physician. Deliver comprehensive care across multiple settings, enhancing patient experiences through collaboration.
Join a dedicated team at the Grey Bruce Palliative Medicine Group, providing consultative palliative medicine across hospitals, outpatient clinics, and a residential hospice. This role calls for an MD with CCFP or equivalent and a Certificate of Added Competence in Palliative Care. You’ll engage with 100–120 community patients while teaching residents from Western and McMaster University.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient management
• Conduct community outreach and home visits
• Maintain 24/7 on-call support for palliative care
