Role: Powder Coater Supervisor
Location: Buntingford, Hertfordshire.
Hours: Full time
Salary: £15.00ph-£18.00ph

Duties of a Powder Coater Supervisor:
Act as the primary point of contact between the Paint Line team and Production Management.Lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve departmental objectives.Set clear daily/weekly/monthly goals and communicate expectations effectively.Mentor team members, support their development, and identify training needs.Conduct performance reviews and support staff welfare and engagement.Organise and allocate tasks to a team of approximately 4–5 operatives.What we would like from you:
