About the Role
We’re hiring a hands‑on Paid Media Specialist who can own Meta Ads for eCommerce accounts end‑to‑end. This is a performance role (not a CMO/manager role): you’ll be in‑platform daily, launching and optimizing campaigns, and you’ll be expected to clearly explain what you did, why you did it, and what results you drove.
What success looks like in the first 60–90 days
- Take over (or build) a Meta account structure that can scale profitably: prospecting + retargeting, clear campaign/ad set logic, clean naming, and reporting.
- Improve efficiency and scale: better MER/ROAS, lower CPA, improved CTR/CVR through testing.
- Establish a repeatable creative testing system in partnership with creative (briefs, angles, iterations, learnings).
- Own measurement hygiene: pixel/CAPI checks, events, attribution approach, and clear performance readouts.
