ABOUT THE ROLE

Spencer Kent Communications is a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in luxury hospitality and ecommerce. We're hiring a Paid Media Manager to build, optimize, and report on Meta and Google campaigns across our client roster, starting with Paradero Hotels and expanding to Casa San Agustin, Casa Pestagua, and additional accounts as they come online. You'll work directly with the founder on strategy and coordinate day-to-day with our operations lead.

DETAILS

Type: 1099 contractor

Compensation: $1,500 to $2,500/month USD, based on experience

Hours: roughly 30 to 40 per week

Location: Remote, based in Mexico City or elsewhere in Latin America

Reports to: Spencer Kent, Founder, with day-to-day coordination through Lindsey Simpson, Operations
