Packaging Supervisor Location: Winnipeg, MB

Reports to: Assistant Manager, Manufacturing. Hours: Monday to Friday. Status: Full time, Permanent.

The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily packaging operations to ensure products are packaged safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality, regulatory, and production requirements. This role leads packaging employees, manages workflow, supports continuous improvement, and collaborates cross‑functionally to achieve operational and business objectives.

• Supervise day‑to‑day packaging operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
