Here at Mars we have an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking employment to join our factory team as a Packaging Operator.
This role will be a 12 hour rotation shift and comes with a 4% Shift Premium.
Monday - Friday
Day Shift: 7am - 7:30 pm
Night Shift: 7pm - 7:30 am
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 GCSE Grade C or above
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment
- Mechanical background desirable but not essential
- Hands‑on experience, ready to work hard, and able to stand for long periods
- Candidate able to lift about 50 lbs.
