Maintain plant operations through the availability and performance of equipment and machinery in your assigned area, in order to meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined for your area of responsibility, such as safety, operational efficiency, quality, costs, and environmental compliance. Supervise daily production and ensure product quality through the proper functioning of equipment, and ensure its repair and maintenance during production downtime. Manage spare parts, troubleshoot equipment failures, implement improvements, and optimize performance. Ensure compliance with all audits related to your assigned area.

Accomplish with the OPE objective trough the machines availability of his area of responsability.

Identify and develop of projects at his area that help to the Transformation cost by unit of the Paint Shop.
