Drive HR initiatives as a Human Resources Coordinator at OZZ, specializing in Field Services in Concord, ON. Engage in recruitment, safety training, and employee support.
In this full-time position, you will play a key role in coordinating HR functions related to field services, including recruitment, onboarding, and health and safety operations. You will assist in developing training programs, tracking apprenticeship hours, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment and onboarding of field personnel
• Coordinate Health and Safety training across sites
• Track training records and identify gaps
• Prepare HR-related reports for management
• Provide assistance and information to employees
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or equivalent
