We are searching for skilled professionals on Vancouver Island to take charge of high-rise electrical installations. As a Lead Hand, you will mentor apprentices while ensuring compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code. You will also be responsible for safety documentation and mentoring, ensuring a safe work environment in alignment with our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install electrical systems per blueprints and safety standards
• Monitor and assess equipment functionality for safety
• Guide apprentices and help sustain quality workmanship
