Job Description
Lead and inspire youth as an OYEP Crew Leader in a remote camp. Provide supervision, mentorship, and support in a vibrant outdoor setting throughout the summer program.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on guiding youth participants known as Rangers in daily activities and work projects. Crew Leaders must foster respectful relationships while maintaining a clean and safe camp environment. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership and interpersonal skills to mentor first-time job holders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Rangers during work projects and training sessions
• Conduct regular check-ins and nightly meetings for support
• Enforce health and safety policies for all activities
• Assist with work projects like planting and tool management
