Job Description
Take charge as the Owner-Side Contracts Lead on a major mining development in Northern Ontario. This strategic position demands commercial insight and the capacity to manage contracts independently.
Our client is heavily invested in a significant mining project that requires defined procurement strategies and strong governance practices. You will take the helm of the RFx processes, from evaluation to contract award, while also managing live contracts throughout execution. The position allows for autonomy and requires a focus on maintaining compliance and project integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic contracting for capital packages
• Manage RFx processes including evaluations
• Drive contract administration and compliance management
• Maintain strict control over costs and change orders
