Required Experience & Background:
University degree, certification, or equivalent experience in software development Minimum 5 years working on low‑code development platforms At least 3 years specifically with OutSystems Experience leading teams of 3–4 members Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Oil & Gas sector (upstream, midstream, downstream) Strong understanding of midstream processes
