OSS/SVM Support Engineer — 24/7 On-Call & Travel

Link-Worldwide in Mexico is seeking a highly detailed person for a technical support role, requiring extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and support for OSS and M-OSS domains. You will perform customer issue resolution and participate in integration projects while managing software updates as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, extensive experience in Unix/Linux systems, and hands-on skills in cloud environments. This position requires being on call and traveling as required.
