Take charge of on-hill operations at Osler Bluff Ski Club as the Operations Manager. This senior role ensures a top-quality experience for members and guests through exceptional operational management.
You will collaborate with various departments—such as Patrol and Food & Beverage—driving operational excellence and strategic projects that enhance the Club's performance. Your leadership will promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all levels.
