Short Description

Are you passionate about quality, learning, and aviation? We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to lead quality assurance initiatives within our competency management framework. As an active member of our central organizational learning team, this role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of our conformity mechanisms and fulfills the Quality Management System (QMS) and other internal compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a quality mindset, expertise in impact analysis, tracking and reporting, and a drive for continuous improvement to support team capability and performance excellence.
