Organizational Innovation Senior Consultant

The Opportunity

Zurich Canada seeks an Organizational Innovation Senior Consultant to direct the planning, execution, and measurement of business units, functions, and global strategic and transformational initiatives. Reporting to the SVP Chief Transformation Officer, the role will engage directly with the senior team and be accountable for shaping and driving transformational initiatives for the Business Unit as well as enterprise‑wide initiatives.

What you will do

• Lead and facilitate cross‑functional projects that improve organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability.
• Own the Canada Third Party Risk Management framework, including critical supplier identification, concentration risk, governance standards, and compliance with Group policies and local regulatory expectations (e.g., OSFI E 21).
