The CVS Japan Order Management team ensures smooth order execution from receipt to delivery, maximizing customer satisfaction through accurate, fast, and flexible support. Working closely with related teams, we deliver agile service and aim to enhance efficiency through EDI and automation.

What you can look forward to as Order Management Specialist:

  • Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring completeness and compliance with company standards.

  • Monitor order status and proactively manage delays; coordinate with 3PL suppliers for packing, shipping, and delivery.
