Order Entry Specialist

Our client, a well-established organization in the GTA, is seeking a Customer Service / Order Processing Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with sales, production, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders accurately based on customer specifications and requirements
• Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Gather required information to support ordering and invoicing of equipment and/or labels
• Generate invoices for all shipped orders daily and maintain organized documentation
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
• Handle inquiries from customers, sales representatives, and suppliers effectively and efficiently
