Order and Delivery Specialist (Guadalajara)

The “Material Planning Analyst” will be based in Guadalajara North.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations and Planning, the Order and Material Planning Analyst role involves ensuring order fulfillment from customer order receiving to shipment, driving improvements on order schedule to meet customer request dates with correct products and right quantity. Constant consider ways of process improvements in order to optimize its function and to best support department objectives.

• Operate across Program Management, production planning, and materials planning.
• Customer service, act as the key liaison to customers handling customer order and demand fulfillment (from predict demand to order payment).
• Oversee end-to-end order management processes, including order entry, validation, production scheduling, and delivery coordination.
