At Orangetheory Fitness, we are on the lookout for a Head Coach who embodies passion for fitness and leadership. You will play a critical role in enhancing the coaching team and ensuring a supportive environment for new and existing members. This role encompasses a balance between coaching sessions and essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a dynamic team of fitness professionals
• Partner with management to enhance studio performance
• Recruit, train, and mentor new coaches
• Address member feedback professionally and effectively
• Develop and implement the monthly coaching schedule
Requirements:
• Group Fitness and/or Personal Training credentials
• CPR/AED/First Aid certifications necessary
• Commitment of at least 20-25 hours per week on-site
