Oracle HCM Functional SME (AMS)

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a live Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment for a major client. This role sits within an Application Managed Services (AMS) model and is responsible for the ongoing functional support, stabilization, and optimization of Oracle HCM modules post‑implementation. The role is remote across Canada but the candidate must support CST time zone. The contract is an initial 6 months plus a possibility of extensions. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Fusion in production environments, is comfortable working in ticket‑driven support models, and can partner effectively with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver continuous improvement.
