Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional - Senior Consultant/Lead

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Senior Consultant to support a large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementation launching in April and join a global consulting team in a full time position. This role will focus on end-to-end payroll configuration, delivery, and client advisory, working closely with functional and technical teams. You will play a key role in solution design, payroll processing accuracy, integrations, and post-go-live support, while helping mentor junior consultants.

With 5–7 years of hands‑on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience, you know how to turn business requirements into smart, scalable solutions. You’re comfortable designing process flows, customizing approvals, and integrating with enterprise systems.
