Optometrist (Telehealth) - Onsite Mérida

Snapscale is hiring **Optometrists with refraction experience** to join our telehealth program based **onsite in a HIPAA-compliant Mérida facility**.
This is a professional clinical support role — **not retail, not sales, and not customer service.
****What You'll Do**:- Perform accurate refractions (manual or digital phoropters)- Support U.S. clinics via secure telehealth systems- Guide patients through vision assessments- Document results in EMR- Work in a clinical, structured on-site environment**Compensation & Benefits**:- **MXN $18,000-$28,000 monthly** (depending on experience)- IMSS after probation- Paid Mexican holidays- 5-10 days paid vacation- All equipment provided on-site- Bonus and career growth opportunities**Requirements**:- Optometry degree (Mexico recognized)- 1+ year refraction or clinical experience- Strong English skills- Able to work on-site in Mérida, Yucatán- Willing to train (HIPAA, EMR, Telehealth)
