Overview

Optiks International, part of Solis Optics, is seeking a Part Time Optometrist to join our team in Kamloops. With solid and consistent patient demand, this is an opportunity to build a schedule that fits your needs while practicing in a supportive, team-oriented workplace. We are currently looking for coverage 2 days per week (Fridays and Saturdays) with flexibility to grow into additional days over time. Our practice is in a busy optical location with consistent referrals and has shown steady growth since opening in 2018.

Responsibilities

• Provide optometry care with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
• Work with a dedicated team that assists with pre-testing, dispensing, and patient flow.
• Deliver care in a two-exam-lane clinic equipped with up-to-date technology, including an OCT and a dry eye treatment area with a Meibographer, Tempsure Radiofrequency, and an Inmode IPL.
