Job Description
As OPTIMA SOLUTIONS PROCESS ASSISTANT, you will lead the assigned human resources, to ensure that the parameters are within the established ranges together with the client, and the correct operation of the equipment in the lines in charge of PPG.
You will report to the Certified Optima Solutions Professional Lead.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure process control in the lines in charge of PPG.
- Lead the launching of new technologies or PPG products.
- Follow up on customer requirements, and new projects, related to PPG activity in the lines in charge.
- Ensure calibration of measuring equipment.
- Coordinate activities of assigned personnel.
- Implement continuous improvement projects and is encouraged to seek new projects.
- Follow line issues and the implements actions to eliminate them.
- Ensure all activities are done with safety.
- Ensure 5s is followed.
