Job Description
The (SAVAHCS) Southern Arizona VA Health Care System in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced board-certified Ophthalmologist to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our veterans.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Mentoring of residents from the University of Arizona Ophthalmology Residency
- This is an excellent opportunity to perform the latest MIGS (Hydrus, iStent, Xen, Micropulse, KDB) as well as other incisional glaucoma surgery.
- Providing comprehensive clinical and surgical ophthalmological care to our veteran patients.
- Supervising ophthalmology residents in the clinics, procedure room, laser room and the operating room.
- Providing diagnostic and therapeutic services in inpatient and outpatient settings.
