OPEX Coach – Lean Transformation & KPI Champion

OESL-Automotive seeks a Continuous Improvement Coach in San Luis Potosí to support Plant Leadership in establishing a robust continuous improvement culture. This role will drive KPI measurement systems and implement Lean practices across the site.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a minimum of three years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing and a background in quality systems such as ISO 14001 and IATF.
