Job Description
Maintenance Operative
- Execute operational activities such as discharge, load, transport, cleaning, labeling and operating all equipment to support safe, effective and efficient production processes.
- Periodically inspect equipment, perform small maintenance tasks, signal defects and deficiencies, and conduct minor repair work when applicable.
- Log data and information on production orders and activities in appropriate logbooks or systems to maintain thorough administration and insight into production status.
- Signal deviations in current processes and flag improvement opportunities with supervisors to continuously optimize operational processes, tools and systems.
- Operate in compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations, promoting SHEQ awareness and taking appropriate action when unsafe situations arise.
