Lead operational excellence as Vice President of Operations for V!VA Retirement Communities. Drive financial performance and member satisfaction across multiple locations in this hybrid executive role.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic and operational direction for V!VA’s retirement communities. This role requires a visionary leader with at least 10 years of progressive operational management experience.
