Operations Supervisor - Trade Compliance / IMMEX Operations Supervisor

Your role: We are looking for a Operations Supervisor for the Trade Compliance Team who is responsible for overseeing daily import/export operations within an IMMEX manufacturing environment. This role ensures operational execution aligned with Mexican Customs Regulations, IMMEX Program requirements, Annex 24 & Annex 30 controls, VAT, OEA & CTPAT Certifications, and internal trade compliance procedures.

The position supervises operational activities related to customs transactions, inventory control, customs broker coordination, transportation and trade program execution while driving operational efficiency, compliance accuracy, and service continuity across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between Operations, Logistics, Customs Brokers, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance leadership to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.
