Position Summary: We’re looking for someone with a passion for Operations Leadership for a position in our Vancouver Flight Kitchen. If you have strong leadership skills and assembly / production experience this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level. You will be leading people and process in our food and tray assembly department. As we’re a 24hr/day, 7 days per week operation, you must be able to work various shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan daily labour according to production requirements and productivity targets
• Assign work and follow up throughout your shift to ensure your teams achieving the plan
