Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment procedures
• Perform evaluations and manage direct report performance
• Maintain visibility to engage with employees
• Control and oversee production according to standards
• Monitor operational metrics to enhance performance
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in an industrial environment or 10+ years in manufacturing
