As a key member of Permacon, a premier concrete products manufacturer, you will be responsible for supervising hourly employees and maintaining rigorous safety standards. You’ll conduct regular inspections to uphold product quality and collaborate with teams to optimize key performance metrics and improve operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee schedules and supervise plant operations
• Conduct routine safety and product quality inspections
• Lead meetings to align team goals and objectives
