Your Role
Operational Oversight
- Manage the daily operations of transportation services, ensuring compliance with contractual standards and company policies.
- Oversee staff scheduling to ensure full coverage during regular operations, vacations, and sick leaves.
- Cover driving runs as required to maintain service continuity.
Team Leadership & Performance
- Direct and support drivers and staff, monitoring performance through site visits, incident/collision reports, and follow-ups.
- Provide input for annual performance reviews, address issues promptly, and promote employee engagement through regular meetings.
