Operations Supervisor

Role Purpose

The Site Operations Supervisor is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of site production, warehousing, and shipping activities. This role provides hands‑on floor leadership, production scheduling coordination, inventory and administrative oversight, and acts as the primary site authority in the absence of site management. The position ensures alignment with Brenntag’s Core Values, regulatory obligations, and operational excellence standards.

Key Responsibilities

Safety, Quality & Compliance

• Ensures safety is the first priority and that all activities are conducted in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) management systems, regulatory requirements, and corporate and local policies.
