Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual to join as an Operations Specialist in a US‑based start‑up. The role requires sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for light industrial positions while handling high‑volume calling and maintaining strong communication with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for light industrial roles using AI‑based feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the Territory Operations Team to understand each customer’s unique needs.
• Communicate with users on the app to effectively fill open positions.
• Make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage, maintaining a positive and persistent approach.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and the Territory Operations Team.
