Operations Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to initiate and subsequently lead operations at our manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production, workforce management, quality performance, and operational efficiency within a 30,000 sq. ft. facility. The operation focuses on sewing and light assembly processes supporting our global product lines.
This position requires a strong operational leader who is comfortable working on the production floor, developing teams, improving processes, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
