Position Summary
Responsible for the management and oversight of the Division’s Operations Supervisors. Oversees casual and short‑term contract operations, scheduling and guard performance within the North Saskatchewan Division. Proactively assists in the marketing and selling of the organization’s business lines, building and supporting client relationships to ensure continued partnerships. The role requires a professional with strong administration, financial management and human resources skills.
