Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our equipment rental business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fleet availability, shop operations, logistics, staff performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all departments.
This role requires strong leadership skills, construction industry knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including rentals, dispatch, transportation, and equipment returns
- Manage equipment utilization and fleet availability to maximize profitability
- Lead and supervise operations staff, drivers, mechanics, yard personnel, and coordinators
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure equipment is rental-ready and compliant with safety standards
