Operations Manager

Working with various members of the team, the Operations Manager will manage field operations in cooperation with the Farm Manager.

Core Job Activities

• Oversee field operations at Three Forks
• Operate key machinery (tractors, tillers) to prepare fields, maintain crops, and harvest
• Work with the team to complete core operational tasks such as planting, weeding and harvesting
• Complete required records for crop planting, harvesting and sales
• Participate in team meetings, problem solving as a team and developing strong cooperation amongst the team

• Physically fit and strong
• Ability to work in groups with a positive team attitude
• Able to work under pressure and on tight timelines, in physically demanding conditions
