Position Objective

The Operations Manager supports daily Profit Center operations with a strong focus on exceptional customer service, employee development and engagement, fleet utilization and asset quality, and operational efficiency and profit maximization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Profit Center Manager to develop and maintain rental operation standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, OSHA, DOT, and safety regulations
• Maintain customer service levels above company standards
