Job Description
Take charge of Critical Infrastructure Operations at Vantage Data Centers in Montréal, QC. This position combines leadership and hands-on expertise to oversee facility management and technical operations.
In this role, you will lead a team of Critical Facility Technicians, ensuring the effectiveness and reliability of our data center operations. You’ll be responsible for workflow management, strategic planning, and performance evaluations. Your engagement with both customers and technical systems will foster an environment of excellence in service and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the continuous operation of mechanical and electrical systems
• Develop and lead training and performance management programs
• Engage directly with customers regarding service effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational guidelines
• Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure resource acquisition meets needs
