Position Summary

Manages the day-to-day activities of an organization's operations department. Assists in evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures. Recommends changes when necessary and assists in implementation of new processes. Develops and maintains favorable relationships with the existing client in order to increase revenue. Ensures that organizational goods and services consistently meet client needs.

• Establishes operational strategies to assure company objectives in the areas of safety, productivity, quality, customer service, sales, human capital, cost and profitability.
