About the Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational performance and supporting commercial excellence within the asphalt business. This role enhances operational efficiency by providing day‑to‑day leadership and support for asphalt operations, ensuring the achievement of all targets, budgets, and business objectives while maintaining a strong focus on high‑quality customer service.
